Local service, fast response. We cover southern Brooklyn and surrounding neighborhoods.
We're based out of the Bay Ridge area, which puts us right in the middle of the neighborhoods we serve most. That means shorter travel times, faster response, and a genuine familiarity with the buildings in the area. We know the difference between the plaster in a 1920s Bay Ridge brownstone and the walls in a 1970s Bensonhurst apartment — and we know how to work with both.
Most of our jobs are residential — apartments, houses, co-ops, and condos. We focus on the kind of buildings that real people live in, not commercial spaces or new construction. If you're in one of the neighborhoods listed below and you've got a wall or ceiling that needs attention, chances are we can get to you within a day or two.
Our home base. We've worked on countless apartments and homes along the avenues from 65th Street down to Shore Road. Lots of older buildings with original plaster walls that need regular maintenance.
Beautiful residential area with well-maintained homes. We handle plaster repairs, water damage fixes, and wall refinishing in both the larger detached houses and the smaller row homes throughout the neighborhood.
A dense residential neighborhood with a mix of apartment buildings and private homes. We've done a lot of work here, especially in older walk-up buildings where plaster walls are standard.
Row houses and apartment buildings with a wide range of wall conditions. We serve the area regularly and are familiar with the typical building styles and plaster types found here.
Large residential community with many older buildings. We've handled everything from single-room plaster repairs to full-apartment wall restoration in this neighborhood.
Quiet residential area close to our base. We can usually get to Bath Beach jobs quickly and have worked on many of the apartment buildings and homes in the area.
Another nearby neighborhood where we've done regular work. Mix of housing types, from older brick buildings to more recent construction, all with walls that eventually need attention.
Known for its brownstones and historic architecture. We've worked on several plaster restoration projects in Park Slope, particularly in pre-war buildings with original wall materials.
We also take jobs in Fort Hamilton, Kensington, Windsor Terrace, and other parts of Brooklyn. If you're not sure whether we cover your area, just give us a call — if we can get there, we will.
We're located at 540 80th Street in Brooklyn, right in the Bay Ridge area. Easy access to all the neighborhoods we serve.
